With over 25 years of experience in the field, I bring a strong foundation in social work and a passion for helping clients navigate life’s challenges. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and am currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University.

My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals, couples, families, and groups can openly explore their feelings, challenges, and goals. I work collaboratively with clients, drawing on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and person-centred approaches. I also bring a practical, common-sense perspective to therapy, helping clients develop skills they can use well beyond our sessions to support long-term growth and resilience.

I am passionate about supporting clients with concerns such as anxiety, stress management, depression, grief, relationship dynamics, and couples’ issues. Whether working with individuals or couples, I believe the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of healing, and I tailor my methods to each client’s unique needs.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time outdoors. In the winter, you’ll often find me curling or skiing, and during the summer, I love being on the lake and walking in nature. These activities help me stay grounded and remind me of the importance of balance and wellness in everyday life.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey to greater mental wellness.
